JAM ROLL WITH LEMON RISOTTO


I made a sweet one time! is not among my favorites, but it is very easy and quick to prepare, with a mild taste and light.

120 grams of flour
120 gr sugar 4 eggs

a pinch of salt to taste
jam or nutella or any other cream

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until they become frothy and light. Then add the flour. Separately mounted a steady snow, the egg whites with a pinch of salt and is incorporated, stirring with a wooden spoon from the bottom up, into the mixture of egg yolks and sugar. Pour into a roasting pan (27x34) covered with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, a damp cloth and spreads in a plane. Once baked the sponge cake, moves to the canvas and cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Coils, so it takes a few seconds and then rolls out. Allow to cool it! It then spreads the jam or cream and rolls again! It covering with plastic and leave in refrigerator for at least an hour. Then you can decorate as desired ... depending on the filling you used.
