Usb Webcam - Prostat Drivers
It finally came back to write some new recipe!
This time there is big news but ... la prima volta che posto un primo piatto :o)
Ho deciso di cominciare ad imparare a cucinare un po' di tutto e quindi...praticaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
Sinceramente ho già provato e me la cavo abbastanza bene, ma non ho mai pensato di fare foto ed inserire le ricette. Oggi abbiamo deciso di mangiare qualcosa di diverso, di "stravagante" e originale :o)
Se vi piace il limone...allora vi piacerà veramente tanto!!
Per 4 persone:
300 gr di riso arborio
1/cipolla
1 lemon
1 bunch of chives
2 vegetable stock cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 packet of saffron
Wash the lemon, grated rind and squeeze out the juice. Melt the 2 dice then in 1 liter of boiling water. Meanwhile, cut the onion finely and sauté in a pan with oil, add the rice and toast it and add the lemon. At this point we can proceed in two ways:
1) add all the broth to the rice, close the lid and cook time (minutes are written on box of rice);
2) add a little 'stock (you have to cover the rice), let soak a bit' and then stir to make the water absorb ... and so we proceed until you have added all the stock . The cooking time is always the same, more or less.
I prefer the latter, because the more rice is creamy!
When cooked, add the sachet of saffron, lemon zest and chopped chives and stir. Let rest a bit and serve hot.
E 'as a very particular taste! Fresh and summer ... Leave a good taste!
